Better Homes&gardens Garden View Wicker 4pc Conversation Set

We looked high and low, long and hard until we finally decided to order this set into the closest store. (50 miles) After waiting three weeks for shipping, we were disappointed to find that on the very day that we picked-up and set-up the set, the plastic cushion support slats stretched immediately. They are still stretching. We now use the side cushions to fill the hole created from the stretched slats.

I bought the dinning set and the bistro set. It is excellent quality and very comfortable. My husband complained when I brought it home, but now I see him out there enjoying it all the time. Walmart even put it together for me, since I was a senior with physical handicap. Thank you Walmart--Murphy, NC--a great group of people there--helpful, energetic, knowledgeble, can tell they are there to serve you!

We found our Patio Set to arrive in great condition. The packaging was really good, with tools and bolts we had all four pieces put together in no time. We were told the approxment time our set would arrive and it arrived on that date. As you can read we are very happy with our choice.

I bought similiar set (Better Homes & Gardens )about 6 years ago, still holding up great!! Surprised to learn these sets are manufactured by BROWN JORDAN, so quality is great...only problem, no replacement cushions available, even called Brown Jordan, they said they could refer me to custom cushion place- cost for that is more than buying a whole new set!!

Like others I had priced these sets at other stores and this seemed like a great value. I'm single and am used to putting my own purchases together but I can honestly say I've never had such a mess as I had with this set. First, I had to enlist the help of a friend with a truck to get it home which was no problem but I knew that I was stuck with the set having no way to get it back. The first piece I put together was the table, the shelf on the bottom had bad threads in the screw hole so I had to take it back. Next I put together a chair, the seat frame also had bad threads in one of the holes so I tried the other frame and it was fine. The loveseat went together fine but I later realized when we sat on it that the seat straps are loose on one side (no decision yet on whether to take it apart and take it back to the store for a new one). Because I work 2 jobs this whole process took several days and it was Sunday morning before I could take the seat frame back and they kindly gave me a new one. BUT..I got the frame piece home and it was too small??? So I took it back again and we realized that there are 2 different seat frame sizes (the store display had one of each). So I ended up with the chair from the store display (had to take it apart and put back together when I got home because it didn't fit in my car). Honestly, if I had a truck I probably would have taken the whole set back. It looks nice but the quality problems aren't worth it. As my mom always told me, you get what you pay for. If you are brave enough to buy this set my one tip would be to check all of the screw holes before attempting to put each piece together.
