All Power APW5022 2,000 PSI Electric Pressure Washer Stainless Steel Panel

This 2,000 psi power washer is just what I needed for the job. Have been using it for the past week and am so glad that I did not buy one with a gasoline engine. It is comparitively quiet and does a great job cleaning my decks without tearing up the wood. My previous washer was much too powerful and did damage the decks. It is built like a vacuum cleaner so is easy as pie to move around. It has a very long power cord eliminating the need for an extension cord and the long wind-up hose makes it unnecessary to move the tank around while working. Have seen complaints about the soap dispenser not working properly but I have not used that so I can''t comment about that. Also, it cost less to buy than it costs to rent one for a day or two.

I was very disappointed in this product. I was unable this get the soap to dispense and the pressure to work well.

It's got great features, such as the external detergent bottle and hose reel, but this was too under-powered. If the job is a few hundred square feet, this would be fine. After unpacking this and setting to work, I realized it would take me many hours or days to remove mildew from walkways, rock walls, porches, etc. I immediately set out and rented a heavy duty gas powered unit and was able to proceed much faster.

Purchased this item online. When the product arrived there was water in the hose ( had been returned once already) and the housing was separating allowing water to enter the mechanical features of the washer. Note in the box stating do not contact the merchant this item was purchased from and to contact "all power America". Placed numerous phone calls to all power america, speaking once with a representative who told me she would be sending an email with the return procedures. Never received email. Other times when calling "all power America" was directed to leave a message and they would call back in 24 hours. Never received a call back. Looks like I am stuck with a broken and used pressure washer.

This purchase so far exceeds expectations for what I envisioned, great for car washes, vinyle sideing and driveway cleaning, coundn't ask for better .
