Coffee mate Crème Brulee Flavored Coffee Creamer, Non-Dairy, Gluten-Free, 63 Servings 32 fl oz

I've been using this for a long time and love it. It's a tad sweet for me, so what I did was to mix one of these with a same size container of Italian Sweet Cream in a pitcher and pur them back into their containers and that made it perfect, for me. I had stockpiled 4 of the Creme Brulees and 4 of the Italian Sweet Creams when Coffee Mate had their mishap in Jan 22, a friend gave me another unopened Creme Brulee as well but I had to use them up because they were expiring Nov 22. Coffee Mate says they have not discontinued the Creme Brulee flavor but they are apparently not producing them right now so they are completely unavailable. I wanted Coffee Mate/Nestle to know they are still sorely missed and would greatly love to be able to get them again.

Where is Creme Brûlée Creamer? I sent a message earlier in the year concerned it had been discontinued. I was told no. I still can not find it anywhere. There are other flavors coming on the shelves, but not this one. It is clear to be one of the favorites if you simply read the post. What is happening?

When I search your site, I find you post the ingredients for your coffee creamers. When the Creme Brulee ingredients are compared to others of your brand, I find the basic ingredients to be the same. So this shortage is obviously not due to lack of ingredients. So why have you been unable to produce this one single flavor? If it was a labor shortage, why has this flavor been given less priority over other flavors? Because a lack of ingredients or labor are the only feasible causes of this shortage and since ingredients obviously are not the cause, batches of this stuff can be made and slotted as YOU desire. So why do you desire to alienate a segment of your customers so badly? Talk to us like adults and give us specifics so we can understand your reasoning. Detailed, truthful answers, unlike those we've been given, may very well result in a loss of the resentment building among these loyal customers because of this shortage.

I have been a loyal Creme Brulee drinker for years. Unfortunately, it has become all but impossible to find. Don't know who is running your company, but they need to be fired. Brand loyalty comes from three factors; 1) product consistency 2) price and 3) availability. Seems like the numbskull running the company is more interested in putting out weird flavors that hardly anyone buys and leaving loyal, longtime customers out in the cold. Very sorry to say that necessity will force me to change to a different flavor, and I will be changing brands as well. Way to go guys!
