[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] NOT HAPPY , already not drying after only the third load, now I had to set up appointment for tech, which they only come out on weekdays which also I have too loose money by not going to work that day, to me both machines are down, because I can use my washing machine but I have to hang all my clothing to air dry, which takes days to air dry, how can I air dry comforter, heavy towels and lets say jeans?.....its not a very pleasant experience, because paying for this item I had a very high good experience....NOT!!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this LG dryer 2 weeks ago and it's been in constant use since. I did my research before buying regarding capacity. I thought 7.5 was the largest and it was quite by accident that I happened to see the 9.0 cu ft capacity model on a right nav screen during research. My primary goal was to get the largest dryer capacity available in order to dry king size bedding. The dryer is more expensive for sure, but I have no regrets, love it. You could jam a king or queen sized comforter in my old dryer, but because of the tight fit, the dryer never really dried the entire piece. Not so with this model. Not only does it come out completely dry, thanks to the "Jumbo Dry" setting; but it's fluffy. I assume because the drum size allows for good air flow while the piece tumbles. I've used the "Steam Fresh" setting on all my pillows to refresh them; but haven't used the "Steam Sanitary" setting yet. Have also not used the Wi-fi enabled feature. Since I work from home, little need, but who knows I may use it one day. I do have things I wish were different. An "Ultra Delicate" setting in addition to just "Delicate" for hand wish items please. Also, the bottom navigation on the control panel is really hard to read. It has a light gray to darker gray gradient which I think is the culprit. When you select a cycle the default options for each light up, so you can intuit which column is what. But not ideal. This purchase replaced an LG dryer I bought in 2008. I love having this much capacity and if I still had kids at home, this would pay for itself in time and effort in the first month. I'm very happy.

We had older LG front load washer and dryer that I believe we had for 15 yrs. we bought new ones about 5 weeks ago and our only regret was not doing it sooner. With the old units, it could take us all day to do our household laundry. Now, we are done by noon. The laundry is noticeably cleaner, fresher, brighter etc... Thank you for excellent products.
