I use 1 owl to scare away rats and birds from my persimmon tree and have noticed less fruit loss. Would recommend using at least three owls per tree to cover the top, middle, and side(s) of the tree, depending on the size of your tree. There's a hole in the bottom of the owl so you can stick it on a pole and put it up high. Shipping to pick up at store is so convenient!
This product is just as I expected it to be. Excellent quality for the cost.
Since purchasing the owls there have been no more issues with the squirrels tearing up the gazebo netting. They really worked much better than expected.
This owl works great on my porch. So many summers where I have to clean up bird droppings, but no more since I got this owl.
Needs to include mounting kit. I purchased (2) 1-1/2 inch pipe flanges and an 8 inch threaded pipe nipple so it won't blow away and I can easily move it from one spot to another on a fence rail. Total cost of mounting hardware a little over $30.
