Suncast 225 ft. Slide Trak Wall Mount Hose Reel

MDSE. WAS RECD. AT MY HOME WITH IN 4 DAYS OF ORDERING. THE DIRECTIONS WERE NOT CLEAR. THE DIRECTIONS WERE FOR AN OLDER MODEL PER FACTORY PHONE CALL. ALSO THE PLASTIC PARTS WERE HARD TO PUT TOGATHER . THEY WERE SIMPLY SUPPOSED TO SNAP TOGATHER. I HAD TO USE A CLAMP AND HAMMER.THIS WAS NO FAULT OF SAM'S CLUB. I WAS VERY SATISIFIED WITH THEIR SERVICE. THE PRODUCT WAS A HOSE REEL MADE BY SUNCAST.

We have used this particular item for years in several places around our home. We were so happy to find that this same product was still available when one of ours FINALLY gave out after many years of use.

The water hose caddy/reel is a very nice one but it was hard for me to put together. I thought it would already be put together but it wasn't. You have to put it all together which was no easy task.

I purchased one of these and after a short time, the cheap plastic clips that hold the core of the reel to the rims broke. No pressure other and the hose was one it.... I went out to get the hose and the reel core was lying on the ground. I contacted Suncast, they sent me another core free of charge. I installed it.. after a few months, the same thing happened. Contacted them again, they sent another replacement part... same thing happened after another few months. They just are not sturdy enough to hold the length of hose they advertise they will accommodate.

the very first time this was used the connecting hose ruptured.
