Scotts Bonus S Southern Weed & Feed, 5m

I really wish I had never put this stuff on my lawn. Followed the directions and recommendations on the bag and within a week a large percentage of my grass has now turned yellow. Im not sure if will survive or not based on some of the other reviews Ive read. Ive used this product before with ok results but will certainly never use again. Im very particular about my lawn and am very disappointed in the product. Even my neighbors have commented on the yellow spots asking what happened. I warned them not to use this product as well.

Central Florida St. Augustine grass. Previous versions of Bonus S did not do much to kill dollar weed. This new formula killed it all, and left the lawn lush and dark green. Unfortunately, it also killed a lot of the nearby shrubs. I was careful to follow the label instructions and not apply under the branch spread. The label should also say that it should not be applied where the shrub's roots might be growing. I will use this product again, but I will keep it 10 feet from the shrubs, and spot treat the dollar weed

I have used Bonus S on my St Augustine grass for many years and loved it. This year I hate it! Did you guys put weed and grass killer in by mistake? How do I get my grass back and get reimbursed for grass the killer, that I didn't want? How could Scott's make this mistake?

I used to have the best looking yard in the neighborhood. Now...I have nothing but brown dead centipede. The worst part is I've used Scott's for several years but this year I used it and will be the last time. The second worst part is that I used less than recommended and it still fried my grass. I'm going to have to re-sod my entire yard now thanks to Scotts Bonus S.

Soooooooo, I have had a great looking lawn using Green Max fertilizer for the last few years. I decided that this year, for the first time, I would do the smart thing and try some weed and feed instead of regular fertilizer. So I took a trip to Lowe's and right by the front door, low and behold, they had about 10,000 bags of this stuff. So I bought a bag...bad idea. I put it on my lawn exactly like the instructions said and after about 5 days the lawn was completely dead. I walked across the lawn and it sounded like I was walking across corn flakes. I decided to water the heck out of it to wash out this lawn poison and after a month.......still corn flakes. All of the neighbors have been wondering what kind of moron kills their lawn. That was until like 10 other people in the neighborhood had the same bright idea and killed their lawns too. Turns out they all used this Lawn Napalm produced by Scotts. I have now had to re-sod everything. Just love wasting my time and money! Thanks Scotts!
