This has been a good purchase. It was easy to assemble. There were a few holes that were tough to line up but, I was able to get the bolts through. Two tubes were not shown in the instructions but, it was easy to find where to put them. I have another shelter Logic shelter that I have used for over ten years. I appreciate how easy it is to get replacement parts and new covers when needed!
Purchased and assembled this a few weeks ago to store lawn and garden equipment on a lot. I was able to assemble it alone in about four hours. Should be much easier with two people. I normally glance at diagrams and jump in. Something told me to read the directions first and its good I did. There are also a few tips in the images that were important but not obvious. The codes markings were not all clear so some guesswork and deduction was required to get the tubing parts in place. I saw a few reviews which noted how the packaging is very heavy and falls apart. I experienced the same. I took a guess how tight to rachet the covers to balance between too loose (excessive flapping) or too tight (stress on the seams). It's a plus to be able to adjust them. Overall it seems like a good product and design for the money.
I bought this product in Oct 2015. It made it through the first winter with minor tears. I patched them up with gorilla tape. Last winter, the tears got bigger. I took down the entire cover to repair. While I was putting it back up, it was tearing more. The material doesn't last long at all. Doesn't hold up to changing weather conditions of Maine.
I listen to these people that write a review and say their shelter didn't stand up to the weather or didn't last long. For the winter months I put ten foot 1x4 stapping between the cross members so it would give extra support for the snow loads. Also I made a special wide broom to make sure I took the snow loads off each time it snowed. These people have got to use some common sense if you get a foot of snow and it rains, no shelter like this is going to take the weight. I have had my shelter for four or five years now and I'm in northern Canada where we know about snow loads. This shelter has even had a tree fall on it and I ordered more support tubes and it's still going. It has a few tears in the material but it's still holding.
I have two of the auto enclosers and love both of them. I can even fit my diesel pick truck in it when I have to. Highly recommended. Even my cat likes it.
