Installed on two south facing windows, they block out summer sun keeping it cool inside. Only drawback was they are 8' for bracket to bracket, fabric was about 1.5" shorter on each end.
Purchased this a couple weeks ago. Much shorter than our previous one. Had to dtill new holes. Also fabric is much thinner and easy to snag. Bottom rail is plastic and flimsy.
Like the shade but had my son install it. He had to change brackets to have it fit the direction we needed. A little more difficult installation than a 60+ woman could do or at least in my case.
This shade was easy and quick to install and really holds the heat out. We have it on our deck and live it. Wish it came in a customized size for an additional purchase. This is a great shade.
Delivery was prompt and delivered on the date promised. Installation was very simple and took less than 30 minutes. Works as described in the material received from SAMS.
