Sun Joe TRJ600C Hedge Trimmer

I have always hated the regular gas powered trimmers as they are so heavy, loud and smelly. This trimmer is perfect for me. It is lightweight and quiet. And it lasts just about as long as I do. When it runs out of "juice", I simply plug it in and finish the next day after work. I actually look forward to yard work!

I was impressed with the ease of use.The battery held a charge for a long time.I only used it 2 times and now its away for the winter but I think I made a good purchase.It is a little under powered but for a small yard just perfect. No more gas to mix or cord to drag.That's the best part.

I've owned 2 WORX including the new 24V lithium ion one and even it only lasted 50-60 days before the battery totally died. The SunJoe is half the price and lighter, taller, and a better (2 year) warranty!! DON'T waste your money on a WORX. Get one of these. I bought 2 more for family members. Great for women too because of their light weight.

What I like about this product is that it is very light and does not give off any fumes. The Echo which my husband used is too heavy for me. The only problem is that the Sun Joe does not have the power to trim thick new shoots which grow from the lawn. It does do a good job of trimming the top new growth on the lawn.

I have a 3/4 acre yard with the normal sidewalk, driveway, trees, and flowers. The trimmer did all the trimming around the yard on a single charge. I don't have a fence around the yard so this trimmer is just right for me. The line feed is terrific. No more stomping the trimmer on the ground. I am pitching my old gas powered trimmer in the trash.
