it works just fine but the packaging it came in was awful. It was missing both axles and a lock nut plus the handle was a little banged up. The guy when I called the warranty number was very pleasant and he fixed my problems so all is well. You do need to put straight sticks in it so you have to cut off side branches but for just yard cleanup its going to be fine.

Small braches get stuck in the neck of the shipper. Sometimes very difficult to remove branches or pass them through the chipper. Straight very small branches work good; but branches are not like that!!!!

This is a really great unit for tree trimming. Worked as advertised from the first use. The trimming I am doing is within the size limits stated in the advertisement and I have had no problems whatsoever. I paid over $700 for tree trimming last year and with this unit and a $100 pole saw I also purchased from Wal Mart I should not have to hire the job out again. The clippings are very small and are picked up by the city.

Works real good. Broom handle size or smaller and makes a decent mulch. Easy to use and very easy to move about. Makes short work of the yardwork and puts trimmings back into the cycle.

Received the product in a generic box, some parts were broken others were missing. Contacted manufacturer, was told product should have been sent in its own packaging. Manufacturer said that product I received must have been a return from a previous purchase or it was a floor model. I immediately returned product for a full refund.
