Instructions fair and all the parts included. Doesn't explain How to actually use this but seems self explanatory. The hopper door doesn't stay open or closed which means you need to constantly have to keep an eye on it and frequently pull it open fully while using the hopper you get the material to feed properly. it tends to open while using the chute. The chute works poorly in my opinion, it requires you to force the wood through transmitting a lot of vibration to your hands. It is a lot more appealing to use the hopper and carefully advance larger pieces slowly than beat your hand up using the chute. Adding oil to the machine requires a special funnel that was provided but mine as broken. I had to tilt the machine to add the oil. Very noisy machine. Seriously you should wear ear plugs, I did after the first run. Starts easy and the motor runs well. Does seem to grind fairly well although some twigs in about 4 inch lengths do seen to come through.

I have used my chipper 4 times in the past 30 days for some heavy duty and moderate duty chipping/shredding. It does fantastic with dry yard waste. This unit was relatively easy to assemble. It is maneuverable over terrain from the garage into my yard. It is easy to start and operate. Overall, this is my all-time fav piece of yard machinery. The free shipping with 4 days was appreciated. The value and quality for the price paid is exceptional!

The chipper boosts it chips up to 3 inches and I would have to say it's about half that. The first hour of use we had to tear it down and unclog it. The second use I was sure we were sending it back. But we finally adjusted to the right size limb and kept it going. It seems to have design flaws but it does work if you don't expect too much.

I bought this machine this past summer. I have never owned a chipper before and really wasn't sure what to do. I read a lot of reviews and finally settled on the K32 and I'm very happy I did. It was easy to set, easy to start and does a fabulous job. I am impressed.

Several pieces were bent when I assembled it; one of the axles for the wheels, part of the hopper, and another piece of metal on the body. All could be straightened with a little work and did not affect performance. I've used it a couple of times for several hours each time. Noisy! The chipper eats through little branches well; definitely under 3 inches diameter. Puts out pretty small pieces so I haven't used the shredder much at all. The one time I tried the shredder it clogged up pretty quickly with a load of moist leaves.
