Polywood Round 36" Bar Table

We love the size and look of our table.

This is a really nice, high quality product that we hope will last a long time. It was fairly easy to assemble and is solid and good looking.

Nice height and sturdy table. Plenty of room for food and drinks for 4. Teak color matching other plywood furniture! Highly recommend.

We bought the farmhouse bar table set with chairs and added 2 chairs to the order making it 6 chairs total. Despite not being able to find pictures or reviews of anybody who had put 6 chairs, let alone 6 of the armed chairs, around this. . . We took the measurements and were confident that they would JUST fit. And we were right! Six ARMED chairs fit around the table just perfectly and everyone has enough room still for their own place setting and without being crowded. However, the table definitely could not hold more than 6, so that is the absolute maximum for sure. But 6 fit just perfectly. This table and chairs are excellent high quality just like the matching Pollywood rockers and end tables that we have had for years on our deck. That is why we invested in more Pollywood. Our other Pollywood furniture is also black and sat for a couple of years in direct Carolina Sunshine and still looks as new as the day we bought it. We love it more with every passing year. We have looked at every other type of furniture including iron and teak, but nothing compares to the quality, longevity, and low maintenance of Pollywood. The seats on the set are incredibly comfortable, the armrests are in the perfect place, and we love the bar height as it allows us to be able to see over our deck to the gorgeous lake that we live on without the deck rail impeding our view. My only complaint whatsoever is that the footprint of the table legs make it impossible to have anything other than a very lightweight umbrella base under the table. Anything heavier or heavy duty does not fit in between or under the legs. That's not a huge deal since we do take our umbrella down every evening and put it away inside. However, it means that we cannot leave our umbrella up in as high of wind as we used to be able to. It's still handles some pretty good wind, but if we were able to use the heavy duty iron base that we have already that we were using, that would not be a problem. It's only a couple of inches wider than the low weight base and so that's frustrating, but not at all a deal breaker for us. We just happen to live on a hill right on a lake and get some pretty high crosswinds and the set is on our second story deck so we get much higher wind than people would almost anywhere else. If Pollywood would just extend by bottom to support legs by 4 in each and start them about 2 in higher on the legs and where they are, it would still leave enough room for people's legs under the table, while also giving owners the room to put a heavy duty base under this table. The table is actually not as heavy as you would assume, but it is still fairly heavy. Just not heavy enough to withstand higher winds with the umbrella up because you can't get a heavy base under it. Most of the heavyweight bases are pretty standard size and are only a few inches wider and taller than the current opening under the table. If that was ever engineered in a released for this we would definitely order those parts to upgrade this table. But again, that's our unique situation because of where we are located in the high winds. But we are still able to enjoy this most of the time no problems. We are fully satisfied with our purchase and would do it again. We will continue to buy any future outdoor furniture from Pollywood!

We got this table to go with the 4 chairs on our balcony at the beach. The ONLY reason I am not giving it 4 stars is that it really needed to include an allen wrench, but did not. So that took a little more time to get together and it be sturdy. Besides that, all was good.
