Michael was professional, pleasant and corrected the issue I had with my computer. Although he said he would send me contact information, he said if I needed him for services, I would need to go through HelloTech to book him. He also offered good suggestions on ways I can work on my computer to be more efficient.
My tech was well prepared, knew his craft well and if my PC and I decide to get in a fight ever again I know who I'll be calling and it won't be Ghost Busters. Job well done and as a bonus the job was done by a friendly and very knowledgeable IT Tech.
It was a pleasure to have this technician come to our house in very little time from when the order was placed. He was very easy going and easy to talk too including being patience and knowledge of the product. His background as a computer tech with the National Guard proves he is a good reliable person and most likely very much needed in his field. I asked for Saturday and got Friday. He fixed our system to do what we wanted and was positive and polite. We are thankful HelloTech has him that we can count on if we need him for anything else.
Mr. Trent was very nice, kind and PROFESSIONAL. -- Although ... the problem with my computer was unable to be rectified, and I am still experiencing the same problem(s) that prompted me to call for your services in the first place. Mr. Trent said that he feels, or felt, that the problem may be deeper than he was able to, or allowed to address due to company policies. (He said that my "Hard Drive" may be going out.)
David C. was all of the above. He knows his stuff. Very professional, friendly, & knowledgeable. Within one minute of explaining my issue- he went to work and solved the problem. I had spent over 4 1/2 hrs on Sunday afternoon with a tech who tried to help. He went well above and beyond on this service call. He is an asset to HT for sure. He deserves 6 stars
