The Firm Sculpt and Tone Pilates, Beginner (Pilates Body Bands with DVD)

Seriously, this is an awesome product. The 30 minutes literally flies by and gives you a nice workout you will feel later in the afternoon/the next day! I have worked out with the video about 6-7 times in the past 2 weeks. No other working out and lost almost 4" in my waist and my jeans are fitting much different. I am starting to notice more definition in my arms and legs as well. That's it! I am sold on this! I am a bigger girl and could do the exercises without a problem and with minimal modifications. Allison, the instructor, gives great encouragement right when you need it most and transitions slowly from one move to another. I'd recommend it to anyone.

When I ordered this product, I read that people saw results so quickly. I was skeptical, but purchased this product anyway. Let me say everyone is telling the truth about this product. The workout is a little quick at times; usually during transitions, but it is overall a great dvd. While doing it you will probably feel like you're not working much, but the soreness you feel the next day will prove otherwise. It is fairly simple and the band isn't hard to use. The band does kind of smell though. That's probably the only downfall.

I bought this DVD online. It came much quicker than it was suppose to which was a pleasant suprise. The only bad thing was it kept freezing and it was not because of fingerprints or scratches. I plan to return it and get a new one. Other than that it was easy to follow along DVD. I hope I have better look with the next one.

I love this band and dvd! It's 30 minutes long, and very useful. It doesn't really go in depth, but it's good enough. I use it along with another pilates dvd, and a stability ball dvd. I use it every few days and can already see a difference! It's definitely worth the money.

At first, I was a little skeptical when I bought this product. I thought, 'Noticeable results in 10 workouts? Probably not.' But I tried it, and low and behold, I DID notice results! I actually have abs now, and leaner legs! I can't wait until swimsuit season!
