Many mobile phone issues are caused by accidents. This plan covers your phone for those accidental spills, drops and cracks. Power surge protection from Day 1. Damage caused to your phone by power surges is also covered by this plan. You won't find protection like this from your manufacturer. Fast, one-time reimbursement. You receive full reimbursement for the purchase price of your phone including sales tax. Transferable to new owners. If you've bought the phone as a gift or are selling it to someone else, this plan can be easily transferred with a simple phone call. Important points about purchasing our plans: This plan is designed for any Prepaid ("Pay As You Go") or Unlocked phones purchased through Walmart.com or any Walmart store. If you have the original Walmart product receipt, you can buy this Protection Plan to cover any eligible product up to 30 days after you've bought it. The plans term starts on the date of product purchase and continues for a period of 18 months. If the unexpected happens: 1) Submit a mobile phone replacement claim by calling our Customer Care Center at 1-866-257-6542.
