Unfortunately, this item was shipped overseas, I must wait until it is received to get a more direct review of the product, features and impressions.

Did not come with software, PC drivers are difficult to find. Cannot link contacts, calender to any program to back up the phone. Disappointing, but for the price, you get what you pay for.

I've had this phone over a year now and it's touch screen is very unresponsive and frustrating...I could never answer a call without having to touch "accept" at least 3 or 4 times. I recalibrated the screen often and it would get a little better for a while but then very unresponsive. Now, after 1 year and out of warranty, the screen won't respond at all to my touch...and I'm unable to do anything but answer the phone. Find another LG phone!

I have the blue xenon and am extremely pleased with it. The qwerty keyboard is very convenient as I send a lot of messages. The color quality on the screen is super and I like all the accessories which may be purchased for this phone.

I picked up a XENON while out of state on business when my phone died. I have been more than satisfied with it. The touch screen is very accurate, the ring volume is plenty loud and there are plenty of extra features. I would recommend it to anyone.
