Honeywell 17326471 7 Day Programmable Thermostat

Bought specifically for the auto changeover feature and it is not showing auto as an option.

It is easy to set up. I did watch a video on how to set up the advance settings. All you need to do is press the program button and then press the fan button and hold for 5 seconds then just follow the book or there is a video in the support page, just enter the model number.

I have owned this since June 2022. It worked fine until I tried to get the furnace to come on. The furnace will not come on. The AC will but not the Furnace. I believe it is installed properly.

Pros: Easy Installation and clear documentation Cons: Everything else. Absolute worst thing is lack of any service from Honeywell/Resideo. Try calling and getting through. I dare you. No one answers. Their call abandonment rate must be atrocious, but guessing they dont review or dont care. THe thermostat randomly turns itself off. Yes, batteries are fine (each being checked by a voltmeter), and having 24v (also checked). The programming of this is the worst ever. Other Honeywell products are fare easier to program. Spend more and get a different product. I have other Honeywell products that are great - this one is garbage, but worse than that is the lack of any available support. They ask you in the instructions to not return it to the store and to call them - but then they dont answer phones.

This product doesn't last. First one stopped working within 3 years. They replaced under warranty. Tried to install redlink. Every time I tried to call, over an hour wait. Bad product, Bad Service. Go with Nest or Ecobee!
