It looks great from the picture on the front of the box, but its good junk.... Colores are not bright and it takes for ever to dry the glowing paint... I actually bought mines last 2009 as a christmas present for my then 3 yr old... The brush is to thick to even draw and paint... it's a complete hot mess... Sorry!!

I think the product is great, but if you have a 3 yr. old with a medical problem, i think you should wait until age 4 or 5 so they can see the difference when you apply the brush, then the color appears. At 3 rs. with a problem they get impatient and they don't get the idea, other than that i think it is a great product.

We purchased the color wonder light brush for our daughters 3rd birthday. She loves to paint and we thought this would help us control the mess. However, we were disappointed. The paint is very thick and glue like. With this product you are not having to clean up colored paint. However, it is not mess free at all the paint acts like glue and dries sticky it does come out of clothing and such. Overall we were just disappointed because there is still significant mess with it. Our daughter loves to use it. I guess as a parent you just have to decide if you want to clean up water color paint mess or sticky glue like mess.

We bought this for our 3 yr old son, and he loves it. But the problem is we can't find the replacement paint or paper anywhere other than at crayola.com, and after you pay for shipping it costs just as much as the whole set! And he really likes to use it alot! So the costs goes way up! Not a great investment. And the paintbrush doesn't always light up correctly.

fun product...when I bought it last year I bought a couple refills to go along with it (at walmart). They weren't that expensive at the time. Today, I went to Walmart and Toysrus and they don't even have a clue what I am talking about. They don't even carry the refill paints anymore. And online each set seems to be 10 dollars or more. They don't last that long. How ridiculous. Don't waste the time or money with it.
