Overall a good monitor but not at all durable. The parent unit had to be replaced within 6 mo and then again shortly thereafter. The parent unit and charger is not built to last. It becones loose and will not complete a proper connection to allow for a charge to take place. It is of very poor quality and design.

I should have listened to the negative reviews I read before buying this monitor. We have had it for a year, and the USB cord wore out, so we used another cord, but now no cord will keep it charged and it just turns off/won't hold a charge. I can't find a replacement monitor. There are other negatives about it that we have found over the last year but I will summarize it by saying I would not buy again and would not recommend this monitor.

Bought this 9 months ago and now it won't charge or hold a charge. Battery charge is worse everyday. Have to keep it plugged in almost all the time. For only 9 months not good
