Sony PlayStation 4 DualShock 4 Controller, Gold

I'm not sure what's happened to the quality of PS4 remotes but they've declined. I've used this one for about two hours and I can honestly say I'll be using my old remote over this new one. The corners are very sharp, the circle button is engraved while none of the others are, the R2 button is hard to press and the left key only works half the time.

I am highly upset about the controller , I ordered a glacier white controller and received a common black controller. This is false advertising if the item was not going to come as I ordered it there should have been an update to let me as the buyer Know that the item is not going to come in the color of my choice.

As described a brand new PS4 controller. I would have given it five stars if it wasn't for one issue. The controller was shipped in its original packaging (good) but it was delivered just sitting loose in the box. No padding, no packing beans or paper (bad). The controller was jot damaged but it could have been.

Controller is lighter weight than the REAL PlayStation 4 controller. Also there's a lag from movement on the controller to movement on the screen. Very disappointed in the quality of the controller. Sure it looks the same but the lag movement delay is terrible. Would not recommend buying this…

But from Walmart and not the re-sellers. Walmart has the real product and the re-sellers send FAKE controllers. I have sent back a few fake controllers. THe one I bought from Walmart direct is real and has worked 100% perfect. I bought 4 moths ago. Hope the review helps :-)
