plastic crank mechanism did not work on the one we received. we returned it.

Quality is ok for the great price. I felt the poles are thin and the umbrella has gotten stuck while trying to crank it down.

The color is more of a rust color instead of orange but its still great. Its sturdy, very well made and I love the tilt.

It is an inexpensive umbrella, but o.k. for the price. I returned it because it was not red. It was more of a rust color.
