The wood is not dark not light just right for the yard. My top is green like my bushes and trees, it blends very well. Right now, love it.
It was very disappointing to receive a broken umbrella. The material was thin and the base connecting the umbrella was broken. I guess I will have to get wood or gorilla glue and fix it.

Bought three of these. They are nice looking and are stable. If you are under 5'9"....you will need to stand on a chair to put the pin in.
