Drywall Primer will not raise the nap on new drywall and seals the surface for painting in just 1 hour. Sands easily for a smooth surface to apply finish paints. Use a high build, high resin content Zinsser Primer Sealer such as Bulls-Eye 1-2-3 under low sheen wall paints for maximum holdout.

Moving from rented apartment and don't wanna pay out of your deposit just because of few marks on a wall? I think this is the best deal you can find. Just mix it properly before using. I'm not sure if I want to use to paint my own house for a long term, but this is a good thing as a hot fix solution.
