LG LDF5545BB built in dishwasher

Bought all matching black stainless Lg appliances. Microwave and stove have been good. Refrigerator had the motor replaced once and the freezer decided to defrost every once and awhile and have had to throw stuff away. The worst one has been this dishwasher. The top and bottom rack have been rusting to pieces and now have to decide if I want to spend 300-400 to replace both or have to buy a whole new dishwasher. There is a whole chunk missing and the pieces to hold the dishes are falling off. I've cut myself on one too. It's rusting everywhere. Don't waste your money on this dishwasher.

The machine worked well for the first few months, but now shuts down randomly during any cycle. Also at times it will not start, it goes into the delay start countdown, I have to open re-power close then restart multiple times until the brains decide to run. At times the whole panel flashes like its having a seizure

Called and called and called and finally he was able to get someone out here. He seemed to find the problem but now if we don't wash dishes at least every two or three days it starts to stink again. no more LG for us

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] less than one year top control panel cracked. they replaced, indicating that I was not the first , Next alarm code indicating water issue . unable to reset or stop pump. Turned off breaker to stop? service indicated needs new gasket . good thing for warrenty. make sure to get extended warr

Awesome experience! Found this dishwasher to be $100.00 cheaper, free delivery, free basic install & old appliance take away. Local companies charge for delivery & install.
