I've had my new dishwasher for a few weeks now and I love it. The silverware holder in the door is different from our old dishwasher but I'm getting used to it. It can be moved, so it is versatile if I decide to. This dishwasher has the third drawer for utensils, which is nice, but does have an impact on where tall glasses fit in the top drawer. This dishwasher is quiet and is ample for our needs. Just two of us. I dislike the inside rack design and the silverware basket is awful. It doesn't seem to do a complete dry as there is always water drops on everything even after using the best dry setting. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

We got this dishwasher with our new home. The smart system doesn't work, the dishwasher doesn't drain the water all the way out and causes a foul odor every time we open the dishwasher. Also our silverware doesn't come all the way clean. We still get food particles on them after the cycle is completed. Can't believe the top of the line is the worst one in the line.

We have had this dishwasher for about 2 months. It smelled awful right out of the box. I thought running the sanitizing cycle would get rid of the smell but it persists. Do these things get water in them before they are bought? It also does not clean the silverware if there is any food particles on them. I love the way it looks and how quiet it is but I'm running a load through 2 and 3 times and still resorting to hand washing. I thought maybe the line was not ran correctly but had a plumber out to look at it and he says it is installed the way it should be.

We bought our Whirlpool dishwasher a few weeks ago and are thoroughly impressed with the quality that it cleans. The dishes come out spotless AND DRY!!!! (we never had that before) We love the top third rack. It is so handy for all the knives and spatulas we use. We don't have to worry about them falling out every time we close the thing!! My only complaint is that this dishwasher can be operated from our phones. Which is really great - except I have been trying every day to get it to connect and have had no luck. Obviously it cost extra for that feature, so I would like to be able to use it. It has just been a daily frustration. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
