Above Ground Pool Assembly (16' - 18')

Wish I could give zero stars. The first guy they sent was incompetent. He was working on it for 4 hours and then I looked up and he was gone! Left the job without saying a word. Didn't even open two of the boxes. Didn't have one piece fully assembled. It took several days of phone calls and emails before we were able to get someone else out. Walmart blamed Angie %26 Angie blamed Walmart. Eventually got someone else out who assembled it no problem. I love Walmart but wish they partnered with another company for assembly. Literally anyone else. Angie is obviously terrible. They have the worst customer service. So be warned!!

Angi is the BEST! I would use them for other services as well! They were on time, friendly, %26 a very professional team. They did this with ease as we watched! It was an amazing experience watching them bring it all together. My granddaughters couldn't wait! Before they could pull off, my granddaughters were in it and jumping! The lights and sprinkler are the best! I am very happy with their services and professionalism! I actually thought it would have taken longer but, to my surprise, it was complete in a couple of hrs. %26 it was over. They answered all of our questions and my oldest granddaughter was so happy on her birthday that she gave the Angi worker a gift! It turned to be a beautiful experience. Thank you so much! I would recommend you anytime!

So you don't know who you are getting when Anji sends someone over. Unfortunately the individual was not the brightest on this furniture set. This service was for 4-6 pieces, we got a small table pieced by the services and two bottom portions of the metal chair swivels. The person who they sent had only negative things to say. He did advise after two hours that we could call Anji to ask for more hours. Where is this mentioned on the services I clicked on and paid for? The services offered on the site don't add up. Additionally, the assembler was hesitant about calling Anji directly for providing us any assistance or to add extra hours himself - and honestly, it felt like he kept pushing the job off on us and he didn't fully understand his job or task… don't employees get a heads up about what type of furniture they are piecing together in advance? It doesn't sound like it, it also sounds like Anji expects a single person to be able to piece together a full patio set with an included fire pit in two hours. Yah the guy isn't Superman. Anji, you left a job unfinished, and need to do better for your associates. This was certainly not a single person job, and you'd better not fire him, he was extremely short changed by the company and you have a disappointed customer left to do 98% of the job on their own.

The man that came out did nothing but complain but how little he was paid. Then after only putting the coach together he ran out of time to put the chairs and table together. I was even half my money back , and paid someone to assemble. The light has never worked on the table, I'm trying to figure out how to replace it

Since July 5th I have called 4 times to report wrong items and items missing from patio set. Have been put off each time telling me I would receive an e-mail regarding the matter. From July 5 to today I have never received any correspondence via emails. Please notify me or I will arrange to have these items returned at your expense.
