ACCESS Covers 94179 Vanish Tonneau Cover TONNO SOFT ROLLING Fits select: 2013-2022 RAM 1500, 2009-2012 DODGE RAM 1500

This is a very nice cover but there are two sets of instructions and neither refer to the other. Most importantly, if you start with the main instruction sheet without looking at the separate one (in a separate sealed bag with separate parts), you will be frustrated and will likely install the side rails and then have to take them back off to install the back stops and weather stripping. At least that's what happened to us.

This my second cover in the last 8 months that I have purchased for my truck. My first cover was a hard cover from another company. I was very disappointed with the fit, finish and chronic leaking from vertually every side of the cover. With the Vanish cover I paid 1/3 of the price and actually have a better product. One thing I didn't realize was how heavy my old top was either. I highly recommend the Vanish top.

Install was pretty quick. Looking at online instruction videos is way better than the paper instructions that come in the box. The instructions say if you have a drop-in bed liner (which I have) you will have a lot of trimming and cutting to get the cover rails to fit properly. I went ahead and tried to fit everything first without doing any cutting and was able to still get everything installed. There is NO room for movement or installation error without cutting into the bed liner and I can see where the ends of the rails are touching and rubbing a tiny bit of the bed liner away. It really doesn't stop the proper functioning of the cover or tailgate. So be aware if you have a drop-in liner your installation may require a bit more work. Fast shipping? Yes. I ordered my Access Vanish at 9:14pm on Feb 8th and it was there waiting for me on the 10th. I actually got the shipping confirmation email while I was installing it. The cover looks great. I decided on the Vanish due to the low profile and black rail. As others have said, the instructions aren't great, but most will be able to muddle through. I had a spray in bed liner so the end clamps by the tailgate wouldn't work. I had to get a bolt that was a 1/4" longer. Otherwise, great product and great fit.

This is the 2nd Access Vanish tonneau cover I've owned. The first one was on my truck for 6 years & except for being a little dull from the weather the cover was still as good as the day I installed it. So when it came time to get a cover for my new truck it was an easy decision to make. It takes about an hour to install if you take your time and do a careful job. The instructions aren't always easy to understand at first so you might have to read a section a couple of times before it's clear.
