I am making an old Eleanor Burns pattern called Bears in the Woods, which has over 90 Flying Geese on the outer border. I have always detested doing these--it takes me forever to align my fabrics just so using the pattern method, cut, sew, and then trim down. Now, I can cut, sew, and completely finish a flying geese section in a matter of a few minutes! They come out perfectly aligned every single time! Instead of dreading cutting and sewing these geese, I am planning several versions of this quilt now!

I have to agree with a previous customer. There should be another D spot on the die instead of just 1. For me to make a 20 block quilt with 12" blocks and double sashes I have to run this die through my cutter 54 times. It would be much less time consuming if there were 2 D's on this die. The whole point is to quilt more and cut less, well with the block set up this way that is not the case. FIX THE DIE PLEASE and don't make the customers buy the new one just exchange it. Also, it would be helpful if directions were printed on paper in the package not on it. I have to copy the instructions while trying to manage the packaging

I have been wanting to make a Dresden plate quilt for some time. With the great Accuquilt sales lately just couldn't resist finally getting this die. These dies make cutting the pieces so quick and precise. Looking forward to adding this quilt to my to do list for this coming year. Thank you Accuquilt.

I always wanted to make a double wedding ring quilt but didn't have the time. After cutting a lot, and I mean a lot, of wedges with this die, I am going to sell off the templates I own. I can't imagine doing it that way. I would have liked the die better if it had 4 wedge cutters and more of the other parts so you could cut a complete ring in one pass or at least fewer passes, but maybe I am asking too much. I did have a little sticking in the corners but I wasn't using the recommended extra amount all the time. I don't know whether that would have helped, but I can live with the sticking as it wasn't bad enough to ruin the cut fabric.
