I bought this laptop to use whenever I'm away from home but sadly i just realized that it cannot do anything that i need it to do, and they only have the return rate as 15 days which sucks as I've just recently lost my job and need the money but I guess i have to keep this piece of 5h!t laptop just lying around, i do not recommend this laptop as i feel i would've been better off buying a 100 dollar laptop

This computer is not actually 14 inches. It is around 13. Furthermore, there is no free office for a year. That is a complete lie, and the year of office is the main main reason I bought it. It is also sticking. I literally am in tears because I am so disappointed in this purchase.

I am sincerely torn between one star and five. What you need to know before you buy is what Windows in S mode means and wheather you can deal with it. It means that you cannot install any programs not acquired from the Microsoft Store. No Google Chrome, Firefox (you are stuck with Edge) or any other program you might want to run that is not sold in the Microsoft Store. Now the first thing I do when I get a new device is download Chrome and Firefox. I use Chrome, my wife Firefox and they sync between all our devices. So I did some Googling and found that I could switch to a friendlier version of Windows at no cost and did it. It took a couple of hours. The thing is that I am an experienced PC user going back to the Apple II. Many users will not figure that out. I have just found out that version S is being discontinued and I would guess that excessive returns is why. Now for less than $300 I have a very nice machine indeed. The keyboard in particular is lovely. It is my first computer with an SSDin it and it is so snappy. Only 17G of the 64 is available but I had anticipated that. I had never met a track pad that could dissuade me from using a mouse but maybe this time. If you feel comfortable with switching to Windows version 1903 I would definitely recommend.

Love this laptop. Quick and easy setup excellent charge time. Very light. The only thing that you tube app is not downloaded. But I'm alright with that use my phone for that or my samsung tablet. Excellent for online coursework for my son. And now I'm looking at some shopping for a laptop case online for this. Very impressed thus far. Have my logitech mouse connected to it. Love and rave about the price and quick delivery. Quick response time on internet. I was debating getting a bigger screen laptop but the bigger ones had mixed reviews. Happt campers here!

"Microsoft Office 365 Personal 1-Year Subscription", Unable to activate normally, Acer customer service said that the device does not come with Office 365, but the package box reads free one year service.
