Take the recommended dosage. It works okay with pain but didn't help as a sleep aid. I think the best part of this product is the packaging.

I received this Advil PM to review and started taking it before bedtime to see if it helps prevent a morning backache. It helps so much!!! I am sold. I will continue to use this, as it helps with both sleep and pain relief.

I have bought these numerous time. For sure helps with the aches and pains. Also helps with getting to, and staying, asleep. I've noticed taking these and when I have to get up in the middle of the night I'm usually right back to sleep
