AeroGarden Seed Starter Refill Pack

I was very disappointed that more than half of them grew mold within days of added seeds. I am getting a new pack (assuming the one I got was defective). I bought these online and contacted aerogarden for a replacement (which I'm still waiting for). I'll review again if that one ends up being a disappointment - but keeping fingers crossed it was just a fluke.

It's exciting to see the seeds sprout and the little plants grow. Swiss chard and Kale were ready to transplant after much less time than the average mentioned by AeroGarden. Don't worry about the green liquid that appears on the top of some seed starting mix pods. Healthy plants can still get started there. Spinach does not seem to do well in water.

I love these! I use them with my own seeds to plant my flower gardens. By starting a few months before planting season, I am able to start my plants and put into small pots to continue growing while I start more in my aero garden. When planting season arrives I have many flats of hearty plants to make beautiful gardens!

Received the refill supplies. I am using my own seeds and the germination has been very good!! I am planning on using my Aero Garden year round and am going to see how this works out for herbs and lettuce. My cherry tomatoes from my original order are planted in containers on my deck and producing tons of delicious little tomatoes. Love my Aero Garden

The starter pack is fine, but the reality is until I can get their customer service to RESPOND and help with a light (or maybe hood) issue it's worthless to me. For the past month I have had a light bank on my farm kit that is out and have been trying to either replace the light or figure out if the hood needs to be replaced. They SLOWLY respond to SOME emails and are using the pandemic as an excuse not to answer the phone. I have no idea what is going on with this company but I know I am beginning to search for other hydroponic options and would suggest you do the same. It's really a shame as I had a good opinion of the company prior to this frustrating MESS!
