When you need a quick fix on being able to breathe out of your nose, this is the go to nose spray. It immediately started working after I sprayed in both nostrils. I made sure when I used it I wasn't going to be laying down for a bit. That seems to of helped as well. Very satisfied with this nose spray.

I think this medication works really well but I'm lowering the stars because this safety seal is ridiculous. There's no tear in it to pull it off. I've been trying for like 5 minutes and had to literally ask my husband for help. There's no reason it should be this difficult.
