I recently purchased this phone it has bad memory also after two months of having it the play store app stopped working then my phone overheats to the point you can smell the burn smell. It has low storage I wouldn't recommend this phone

DOESN'T WORK IN MY LOCATION

We were having problems with our old smart phones. Dropped calls, poor reception and unreliable data service. At first we thought it was the T-Mobile network, but we found out that our phones were the source of the problem. I purchased two of these (one for me, and one for my wife) and we have been extremely pleased with the sound quality and the data reception is better than we've ever experienced.

Me and my dad both bought this phone and we experience the same type of issues with both of them: The good: Design looks good for its price, Image quality and sound. My dad likes it because the screen is big. Takes average-good pictures. The bad: Very low memory space and is a struggle to add a memory card because the internal system has issues reading memory cards. Mine works perfect with WIFI but my dads doesn't. A lot of internal system issues. Slow phones. Sometimes I want to take a picture and camera wont start. It sows a message "can not start camera at this time" so I have to reset it to work. Is just the worst phone I've ever had. Now I am here reading comments to try to find 2 new GOOD phones because we are tired of ours. ALCATEL doesn't have 24 technical Customer Service so is a problem following a complaint. Say NO to this phone.

This is the worst phone I have ever bought that is a prepaid phone. 1. Slow performance, insufficient storage (30 contacts in my phone was too much storage for this phone) 2. Horrible camera (extremely blurry and hard to capture a still picture) 3. Within a week it was turning on and off, deleting some of my contacts, rearranging icons...weird. 3. Graphics were horrible and not up to par for a $68 phone. Don't get me wrong, t mobile is a great carrier I wouldn't leave them but this phone had too many problems, so if you're looking for sufficient storage and a great phone don't buy this. If you are new with smartphones and just need it to make calls, I guess - give it a try!
