I read the reviews about this product and I must say that this vitamin is not pleasant tasting at all. I think the folks who said this tasted great lied. I was very disappointed. I will take it until it is finished because can't afford to waste my money.

I have been using this product even before it was offered by Swanson. I would say close to 20+ years. When I go to reunions, my friends ask me why I have not aged. I do not have time to tell you the specifics of what it does, there is so much. What I will tell you is that when my life gets busy and I sometimes forget to take my morning dose, THEN I can tell the huge difference in my day. No fountain of youth, just a great supplement to provide the body with all the actual nutrition it needs to function properly and thrive. You've got to know you aren't getting it in today's fast pace, food processed, deep fried everything world. The best medicine for healthy living is good food. When you can't find it, this helps bridge that gap.

First liquid vitamin I've purchased. The taste was tolerable by itself. I put it in juice to help. I do know I can't take this on an empty stomach. Other than that I think it was a good purchase. I would buy this again. I'm going to try another brand to compare.

I am on my 3rd bottle of these vitamins and I can tell you I have never felt better. As someone that has historically taken a vitamin/mineral supplement, I have never found one as comprehensive as this product. I highly recommend it for its effectiveness, value and ease of use. A hint, do not take the full dose at once. Divide it into twice daily for full effect.

I used this product years ago .but the business closed and I could not find it until I found Swanson's. Now that I have found it again I will continue to use it daily. My energy level is improving. I plan to give a bottle to another person One thing more, the taste certainly has improved since the original!
