Allswell Memory Foam Cooling Gel Pillow with Removable Cover, Standard Queen Size

This is a very nice pillow but I feel that you need to break it in. The first time I used it I had to switch back to my old pillow during the night because this one was hurting my neck. I gave it a break for a few nights and the second night wasn't as bad. This pillow may be just a little too high for me. I'm a side sleeper.

It is exactly how it is described! I got my partner this pillow, he always sleeps super warm and he was shocked how well he slept the first night he used this pillow. He hugs it to keep his body temperature cool and this is the BEST purchase I've ever spent money on. My only wish was that there was a pillow case that kept it as cold as it is without the covering (not sure if they can make one like the cooling sheets?) because a normal case takes away some of the cooling.

works great for helping sooth hot flashes throughout the night. the only snag for me is the height and solidness of the pillow, i wish it was a little softer and thinner, but perhaps that wouldn't support the cooling layer. i am so happy to have this pillow, it's making menopause bearable.

big and heavy pillow for side sleepers. Good thing it has the cooling insert bc it is a very hot piece of memory foam. the first time I used it, I stacked it up on top of my old pillow like normal and it gave me a muscle cramp in my shoulder - so painful! I use it alone now, and it is comfortable with the right amount of sink. I am also confused why it only has cooling on one side. It's hard to know which side up once you add your pillowcase.

The pillow is much too heavy. Maybe I missed that info in the details on line. I actually sleep side to side and in my back and front throughout the night. So I guess I need a more versatile pillow. Anyway, it is a good support pillow on my couch while I watch tv.
