It took awhile for me to adjust to it. I've had mine for more than 6 months and it's still firm. I'm not getting another pillow anytime soon!

The description states there is 2 per pack but I only received one pillow!! Great pillow just a little deceiving!!

I thought I was getting two pillows and I only received one even though the pillow is very nice. I'm extremely disappointed by receiving one and that two.

Pillows arrived after many shipping delays. The box was too small lacking proper tape and security. The pillows were exposed leaving black marks on the pillows. Overall very bad experience

This pillow is very thick and is medium (if not more) firm. I am mostly a side sleeper, but I do rotate to my back occasionally. I use these pillows to prop up my leg and arm while I'm lying on my side. For this purpose, these pillows are fantastic and so comfortable. For my head, I found the pillow to be too thick. Because of the height, I woke up with neck pain every time I used it. The pillow itself is made of a nice feeling material, and it seems to be a good quality. There isn't a smell coming from the memory foam like there would be with other pillows. The filling is nice and bounces back. It seems like it won' go flat.
