Almay Intense i-Color Liner, Black Amethyst [001], 0.009

I luv how this product goes on my water line, however, the point breaks off after each use. Seems like in between uses the point gets hard & breaks off T the next use. Then goes on we'll w/new point. Then repeats w/getting hard and breaking off. How long will this product last at that rate of waste?? I do luv the color I believe it was brown raisin. Once this pencil is used (and it shouldn't take long) I will not be purchasing again.

Your new eyeliner pales in comparison to the original intense i-color eyeliner… if your sales weren't as high as you wanted, The problem was NOT with the quality of your product.… it was most likely a problem with your marketing and advertising… you need to bring back the original product with either new packaging or new advertising and New marketing strategies

I have used Almay Black Pearl for years and loved the product. It went on smooth and easy. Plus the "pearl" gave a little pop. When I went to my drugstore, they no longer carry the intense line so, I bought what was in its place. Which was more expensive! The new liner is awful. The color is dull and seems brittle. It does not go on smooth. I have purchased the new liner twice and both times the product broke. I always keep the tip small so this doesn't happen but with the new liner broke anyway. If I can find the original liner, Intense Black Pearl, I will buy it. Otherwise I will be shopping for a new liner. Please bring back the tried and true black pearl.

I have been a long time customer with Almay eyeliner 205. It was THEE best product out there, but unfortunately the formula must have been changed. Now, it crumbles easily and does not apply smoothly. I used to recommend this brand to everyone, but now I'm finding myself asking for recommendations as I do not want to keep wasting my money. If and when the old Almay Black 205 pencil comes back, I would gladly continue to be a loyal customer, until then, I will keep exploring my options.

I agree with almost everything I see here. I liked the old formula, this is the only product that has worked for me...and SOOOOOOOOO miss the colors...I don't like or use black..I loved the purple and blue....I would come back as a customer as well, I am always checking...
