Almay Intense I-Color No. 2 002 Brown Topaz Eyeliner, 0.009 oz

I have been using the all-day eyeliner pencil, Black Raisin, for YEARS! Ran out because I could not find it for a while & was so excited when I found it again. I recommended it to several friends and they loved it too. I was soon disappointed. Ok so you changed the outside look but did you really need to change the color & formula?? Who had that bright idea? It's now darker in color and does not apply the same. It used to glide on & was very easy to get a smudged look. Now it's not as creamy & doesn't apply the same way. Gives a hearse look. PLEASE bring back the old color & formula. Very very disappointed.

I cannot understand why Almay would change or get rid of the eyeliner products with the grey casings, such as Black Raisin, Purple Amethyst, etc. This is the worst decision in makeup product line history every. The new replacement eyeliners break and crumble at first use. The colors are no where near as intense and color definition is significantly less!!! If your choice is based on monetary gains, I can tell you the quality of the product is completely lost. Plus from a financial perspective, there's no gain because I just had your customer service reimburse me (gift cards) for 2 lousy eyeliners. In conclusion, bring back back the previous quality eyeliner or I foresee you losing a significant amount of loyal long time customers, including me.

I have used Almay Black Pearl for years and loved the product. It went on smooth and easy. Plus the "pearl" gave a little pop. When I went to my drugstore, they no longer carry the intense line so, I bought what was in its place. Which was more expensive! The new liner is awful. The color is dull and seems brittle. It does not go on smooth. I have purchased the new liner twice and both times the product broke. I always keep the tip small so this doesn't happen but with the new liner broke anyway. If I can find the original liner, Intense Black Pearl, I will buy it. Otherwise I will be shopping for a new liner. Please bring back the tried and true black pearl.

Due to allergies to oils ad fragrances, I found that I was able to use a lot of the Almay products. I was so very disappointed when you chose to stop making the Brown Topaz in the eyeliner pencil. I do not use the liquid very well; it seems to get into my eyes. My hand, perhaps, is not as steady as it needs to be. I am a very fair and have very sensitive skin, allergic to cosmetics made by Revlon (your parent company), and this brown topaz was just perfect for my coloring. Sometimes, when a company tries to improve their products, it goes the other way. Please reconsider making the Brown Topaz eyeliner PENCIL as it was a great product for those of us who don't wear black well. I have certainly recommended this product when I was able to get it.

Loved the Intense i-Color eyeliner. This is a very poor substitute. It does not go on easily, the liner cdumbles, it no longer creates a smooth line, and doesn't smudge welll. This eye liner is worse the the no name eyeliner you can get at the dollar store and makes me wonder what's wrong at Almay.
