Almay Palette Pops Eyeshadow, Naturalista

I didn't love this. The pigment was good and dark. However, the staying power was less than I liked. It didn't flake or have much fall out. I feel like the colors could have a better combination in this pallet. It had black and copper tones. I felt it was a little too much for regular to fair skin. However, if you are one that likes to really go over the top with you eye shadow and that is very in vogue these days, you might like this pallet. So, it was OK for a drug store eye shadow that you want to wear for just a couple of hours out at night but, not for every day.

I really love the Almay Palette Pops Eye Shadow, Fabulista. The colors in this palette is amazing. The earthy tones match my skintone very well. They blend very well and they are long lasting. It has all the essential colors I need for day or dramatic looks for evening. I love how easy small the case is. It fits in my small purse i can take it with me work Just in case I have an afterwork event to go to. I would definitely recommend this product others.

This Eye Shadow is a VERY soft and silky shadow. The colors I like that they are hypoallergenic and have been ophthalmologist tested and are safe for sensitive eyes. They are all beautiful and definitely natural looking. You can use this Shadow Wet or Dry. Naturalista provides nine shades. I have used this palette as eye shadow, brow enhancing, highlighter and, with a thin, wet brush, as an eyeliner. This shadow does not pool in your Eye crease part way through the day.

I received this eyeshadow as part of the Walmart Spark Reviewer Program and have been unable to test it out fully due to the fact that the product was damaged while in transit. The case was broken and loose pink powder was actually leaking out of the shipping envelope. It was quite a mess, so keep that in mind if you are ordering this product online. That said, I was still able to make a few observations concerning the quality of the eyeshadows inside. They are highly pigmented and seem to have a smooth finish that glides on nicely and lasts a long time, especially when applied over primer. I wish I could be more specific about metallic versus matte shades and comment on my favorite individual colors but, unfortunately, most all my pops were smashed to smithereens and blended into one solid shade of pink due to the damage received during shipment. However, I remain a big fan of Almay products as well as products by their parent company Revlon and would recommend them to anyone.

I first want to say that I received this product for honest rating and review. Now that that is out the way, I received the Almay #010 Naturalista eyes shadow pops palette in 0.16 oz/ 4.5g. The palette comes in a black casing with a clear plastic cover so you can see the different shades. There are 9 natural shades from cream to black and everything in between that you can mix and match. The palette says this product is hypoallergenic, ophthalmologist tested, and it's suitable for sensitive eyes and contact lens wearers. The instructions say you can also wet the shadow for a more intense pop of color. I loved the look of the shadow at first glance and the selection of colors it offers. These colors complement each other and show very well on my light completion. My daughter whom is medium brown complexion also loves how these colors work well with her skin tone. I didn't need to wet the shadow but when I did I defiantly got a beautiful pop of color that would work perfect for nights out. I was impressed and would defiantly recommend this eye shadow palette. I rate it 5 out of 5
