Alpine Corporation Outdoor Décor Power Head Pump 65 GPH for Large Fountains, Ponds, and Birdbaths

This product did not have a complete description so I took a chance on it. I reviewed so many products and my past purchases to try and figure out if it would work with what I had. Not knowing, I took the chance and ordered it. well sure enough when I got it, it wasn't the correct one and then I had to go thru the trouble of sending it back, which I couldn't do on my own, like I can't be trusted to print it off my self?

Am please with my light. When I received it, I was worried that perhaps it was not large enough, looks larger in the picture. The price is what I was expecting and am pleased. I put the pump in the water and the light was not working. However, as usual with us women (sometime) or in my case, no patience. I simply turned off the pump, took the light and pump out, tightened the light and---perfect. Thanks, am so please to look at my waterfall at night.

The pump that came with our fountain was slightly defective. It was wide open and wouldn't turn down. So I called Hayneedle and they called the manufacture to see exactly what was wrong with it. After confirming it was defective, my Hayneedle Customer Servive Associate reordered us a new pump replacement. The new pump arrived quickly and we got our fountain back up and running. What a gorgeous sight it is seeing it run and run right. I love my fountain! Its been a day and so far our pump is LITTLE BUT MIGHTY!!! THANKS HAYNEEDLE

haven't been able to test with water in the fountain as it is below freezing degrees at the time but it's identical to the one that came with the fountain, so am sure it will work out well. Am pleased with finding it with no problem and such a quick delivery!

This is supposed to pump 80 Gals a min but it will not lift the water from the fountain's pool of water to the water outlet. (only about 15 inches or so) I bought this as a replacement pump for an outdoor patio fountain. Even though it is much bigger than the pump it replaces, it is not nearly as strong. Very disappointed. I would buy the 120 gallons per min pump, but I am not sure that will be strong enough either based on the poor performance of this pump.
