consistent quality
I have a yeast allergy. so I have to make my own breas. my favorite recipe required a half cup of physsilium husk. It's hard to find at a good price. this was good quality and It did a great job in my bread. I'm sure it also provides fiber I need and helps my gut and digestion.
I like it no taste , you can add it to anything
This is package is a good size for the price. The flavor is ok but not the best I have tried.
Wish they filled the container otherwise about 1/3 empty space/waste of plastic but otherwise the best fiber I've found for my digestive health
