American Tourister 4-piece Luggage Set,

I ordered this set for my husband for an upcoming trip, & although we haven't used it yet, it seems to be durable enough for moderate usage. I wouldn't recommend it for a frequent traveler though, because it looks like it wouldn't stand up to the abuse. It has plenty of compartments for everything, but doesn't have a divider inside like some nicer suitcases have. The appearance of this set is nice; it looks just like the picture shows with brilliant colors & sturdy materials.

i bought this for a cruise i was going i went on a plane to get to the port the luggage handled that but when the cruise ship got to it the handle inside broke

I bought this after an even lousier set of luggage I bought from Target fell apart after the third use. I bought it on-line based on the positive reviews and the low price, but upon receipt I was not impressed. The large suit case is too large for a carry-on and the smaller one is very small and does not expand. The duffle is nice and large, but only has one small side pocket. The shoulder bag is very small, too small even for an overnight bag. The quality seems OK, but not impressive. There are no zipper channels or corner protectors which can be found on other bags costing not much more. Overall, it's a decent set for the money, but nothing to get excited about.

We haven't taken it on a plane yet, but we used a couple pieces for an overnight trip and it worked just fine. I'm sure there's tougher stuff out there, but this is awesome for the price. It seems durable enough for us, because we don't plan do a lot of traveling. It's also great looking, so it won't stick out like a sore thumb. But we're hoping the red color will make it easier to find on the luggage rack.

This luggage set is indeed a true value for money product. I've had this set for almost a year and with trips to asia, back and forth, it has held up quite well (to my surprise). The only concern I had for this product was with the Duffel bag. The material used for this bag is second grade and two loops (or handles...not sure what the right word...used to pick up the bag) are not stitched to the bag quite well. That tore in my first trip but at the same time I did stuff in a lot (into the bag). My suggestion is, don't stuff the duffel bag too much (if you happen to buy this one). Otherwise go for it....at this price you'll never get a better product. I hope to purchase another set in a few weeks time. This is bright red in color...might not stand out...today everyone has bright red bags...and with Walmart selling at such a price....a lot of us will own such a set..:-)...
