Apple - 10.2-Inch iPad (9th Generation) with Wi-Fi - 256GB - Space Gray

Got this for my daughter's Christmas present 2024. She open the box in-front of me, turned it on to complete initial set up, and the screen thing would know where she touched it, would read aloud what that spot was and that's it! No other responses, can't even turn it off! I bought NEW NOT REFURBISHED, I'm livid.

Bought them $50 less for each one. When I went to return them, did it online and I was supposed to bring them back and the gal at the service desk didn't have a clue! She said I couldn't return them. All I was supposed to do is bring them back, stood in line for another hour to let her know that I wasn't leaving unless she acknowledged that they were returned. Finally got it figured out, but how horrible is it to have to explain to the person that works there how Walmart return policy works

Did not receive anything but saw the delivered message. I was waiting at home all day. Even I was watching the delivery driver moving around. And Walmart customer service said I could not file a return if they marked delivered. Never buy anything here again!

Was sent a returned iPad that was untested instead of the new iPad i purchased. When I contacted Walmart I was told that they couldn’t replace this because it wasn’t an option. I will be returning and purchasing elsewhere. This is horrible customer service!

I ordered this online and it was shipped by fed ex. When I opened the box, only the cord was in box. Walmart did not help me at all after I spoke with 4 different people. They told me they had a confirmed delivery with iPad intact. Do not order anything thru shipping at Walmart. I lost a lot of money with no help. Very disappointed and will not give Walmart any more of my money.
