Apple - 10.2-Inch iPad (9th Generation) with Wi-Fi - 256GB - Silver

Got this for my daughter's Christmas present 2024. She open the box in-front of me, turned it on to complete initial set up, and the screen thing would know where she touched it, would read aloud what that spot was and that's it! No other responses, can't even turn it off! I bought NEW NOT REFURBISHED, I'm livid.

I never received this product I ordered. I got a cheap fake ring instead of this iPad. I called customer service and cristobal told me to take the ring to local Walmart and have them scan the barcode and begin refund process. I took it to Ravenna Ohio walmart on 9/7/24 and 9/8/24 and both times they refused to process the item I received in error for some reason. On 9/8/24 when I went in the employee Wendy was complaining of call offs and they told me they couldnt take the ring because they don’t sell jewelry there. Please review camera footage of 9/7/24 around 5pm and 9/8/24 around 820am. Walmart sent me the wrong item. How do I get a refund? Please contact me asap

Did not receive anything but saw the delivered message. I was waiting at home all day. Even I was watching the delivery driver moving around. And Walmart customer service said I could not file a return if they marked delivered. Never buy anything here again!

I was very skeptical on ordering this iPad, because of the reviews. A lot of them were recent saying they received nothing but the box, or a whole different item. But mine got delivered in 2 days, and was completely brand new. I am in love with my iPad.

I will never order from or shop at Walmart again. What a joke. Ordered this on Black Friday along with the pencil and a case. The pencil and case arrived, but the iPad never showed up. Customer service told me it was out for delivery. It never came. Eventually they cancelled my order... so I ordered another one to pick up in the store. They said they would have it ready within a couple hours. A few hours later I get an email saying it was unavailable but "may be available for shipping". I'm sorry what? Is it available or not? Obviously I just cancelled the order because I knew if I asked for it to be delivered it would not show up. I don't think they even have them in stock. They gave me the run around so that I would spend money and buy the pen and the case at full price to have with my heavily discounted iPad. Ended up ordering it to pick up at Best Buy and it was ready in less than an hour. Save your time and shop somewhere else... Walmart ain't it. (Oh, did I mention the case I ordered had a huge scratch down the front? And since $20 is not enough to make me deal with this horrible company again I just threw it in the trash, where Walmart belongs.
