Apple - 10.9-Inch iPad - (10th Generation) with Wi-Fi + Cellular - 256GB - Silver (Unlocked)

READ THIS BEFORE BUYING! Intentional deceit. Nowhere in the title/product description does it clearly state this is from a 3rd party seller (says from walmart.com). Additionally, there is NO mention that these are refurbished or restored. Very misleading. Walmart and seller, with whom the tablet was provided, should be held accountable. Tablet worked a handful of times for very minimal tasks (i.e. browsing and shopping the internet). Was unable to use the Apple tv/music trial subscription offers included with the IPad purchase, which was a red flag but I ignored it. The tablet screen is now completely blacked out, will not charge, cannot force restart and have had it less than 30 days. So much wasted time researching what to get, then where to get it and now to return it to my local Walmart store (40 minutes away). They will not refund my money to the original form of payment. Store credit only! A frustrating lesson learned and Walmart has lost another loyal customer. Will shop for necessities IN STORE with the amount credited (if they even honor the return) and will shop elsewhere for future purchases, especially pricier items. Consumers have the right to accurate, full disclosure and transparency. Buyers, please do not spend your hard earned money at a retailer where they couldn't care less about the quality of their goods or services.

Somebody got into my Walmart account. Changed the address and placed order to be delivered. I contacted Walmart to inform them that I didn't make this order, a day before it was picked to be delivered to the thief! Walmart did nothing and allowed them to steal money from me! Still going through the process of getting my money back.

Never received this item. Purchased on 7/3/2025 and it said delivery by 7/4/2025. Walmart used lasership/ontrac shipping. The last scan on my parcel was on 7/4/2025 saying that it arrived at the couriers facility. Since then there was no update. Until late last night at 11:31 pm 7/12/2025, miraculously my order was marked delivered. I'm assuming there was a ghost making the delivery because my ring camera shows nothing. I've been going back and forth for the past 10 days between the shipping courier and Walmart. I was told to wait 10 days for a refund to be approved. I have no iPad and no refund. Complete waste !

I never received my iPad, I contacted Walmart for over a month trying to get a refund or replacement. They kept giving me the run around saying that I would get a refund then told me after a month that the window for a refund is closed. I spoke to multiple people they all lied to me. Eventually they told me to contact my bank to get the refund but I shouldn't have had to do that because it wasn't their fault!

Cardboard box arrived was cut open and retaped in shipping department. Tablet was to be used for my son as a speech aide because he is non verbal with autism. Walmart refused to be held responsible for the empty box I received. Multiple tries to get a refund an no response. Think twice prior to purchase. Cant review this item because walmart shippers failed.
