Apple - 10.9-Inch iPad Air - (4th Generation) with Wi-Fi - 64GB - Silver

Great screen color and speaker volume. Quick downloads. Uploaded most of my data from my old iPad. Would have wanted all photo to be uploaded. Long battery life and quick recharge. Perfect size for using handheld. I did purchase screen saver and cover case because I found the iPad too slippery and feared dropping it.

Today is 12/13/2021. I purchased this iPad Air on 10/14/2021. Yesterday I lost the secure Wi-Fi. It just stopped working. I can use an unsecured connection with no trouble, but the secure connection is lost. Our pc connection remains secure but not the iPad. No returns after 30 days, so am I out almost six hundred dollars?

Big hassle! The iPad locked up on us. The only way according to Apple to fix it is to connect to iTunes on a PC. The problem is, however, it didn't come with a cord that had a USB plug. So I was told I had to go buy a converter. The other problem is that we don't have a PC. So we were told we had to borrow one or go to an Apple store. The nearest Apple store is three hours away. We just retired and moved out into the country and have nobody to go asked to borrow a PC. The only thing we could do was return it. I don't want another one of these if this is what I have to do if that thing locks up on me again. Maybe I will have the same problem with a different company, don't know, but I am definitely going to try to avoid this headache. I've been on the Internet and phone for over an hour trying to figure out who to return it to.

iPad Air was shipped two days earlier than Sam's had said, arrived on time for my wife's birthday. Received in perfect condition, no glitches. Just what I've come to expect from Sam's Club.
