It works perfect I have no issues with the ipad... I do have some major issues with the management at the Walmart store in Claremont FL. where I tried to buy it at the manager totally lied to me say she would match the online price. When I got there she first pretended she didn't talk to me and then she she she said she never told me she would match it.
I've been using this iPad for nearly two months now, and it's become an essential part of my daily workflow. As someone who uses it primarily for work tasks and digital drawing, I can confidently say this device delivers on performance and reliability.
This product was stolen out of the box during the delivery process. I was sent an empty box that was taped back up. I reached out to Walmart about this March 19th. It's June 26th AND I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED A REFUND FOR SOMETHING THAT WAS STOLEN. Every time I call, they tell me they can't do anything about it and I just have to wait. Another person said most of the time, refunds don't get resolved. Just save your time and money and shop somewhere else. I WANT MY REFUND WALMART!!!
My previous iPad was an android and was very slow. This one is an apple and is much faster. My phone is an apple also, so it was quick and easy to transfer everything over to the iPad. Once in a while, the iPad tends to begin to heat up on one side for whatever reason, so I'm more cautious to not spend so much time on it.
iPad is great, I saw other reviews before purchasing and you need to double check you are purchasing from Walmart and not a third party business. I think a lot of people are confused because it's for sale on the Walmart website but comes from a different seller. It will say on the items description page. My iPad is awesome and it's legit %26 came in the apple packaging. Walmart however did not read my delivery note on where to place my package so it was left sitting out in the open so I suggest tracking your packages on the app.
