Apple - 11-inch iPad A16 chip with Wi-Fi - 128GB - Silver

I rated the product highly because it arrived in perfect condition and matched exactly what I ordered. I was worried at first about possible scratches or battery issues, but my iPad was flawless and worked exactly as it should. It has been reliable so far and met my expectations for both quality and performance.

It would start up. Returned to Wal Mart and got a refund for the IPad but not for the warrantee I also purchased. Customer service was useless and could not provide any information on how to get a refund for my warrantee. They told me it was my problem.

It works perfect I have no issues with the ipad... I do have some major issues with the management at the Walmart store in Claremont FL. where I tried to buy it at the manager totally lied to me say she would match the online price. When I got there she first pretended she didn't talk to me and then she she she said she never told me she would match it.

Ipad works great for what I got it for! Delivery sucked however, Walmarts delivery driver decided to leave the package (which only contained the iPad) at the bottom of my driveway inches from the road - exposing it to weather and the potential to get run over. Next time will pick up vs opt for “free delivery” - not worth it.

the ipad works fine. it wasn't hard for me to set up. overall, I'm pleased. However the purchase was problematic. I found the product online but saw it was available at local store, so it purchased it there. I asked for it by price, not realizing the online sale price was not available and received an older model. Realizing my mistake at home, I returned it the same day but I had to wait until next day to return it, as there was a 24 hr wait on serialized goods. returned it next day (3rd trip) only to find I couldn't buy it for the online price at store. I returned home and went online to purchase it and saw it could be picked up locally within two hours. I then set up order to pickup. I then went back to store (4th) trip and picked up the same item I could have purchased earlier, had they honored the online price, or purchased the day before, if I didn't have 24 hr wait.
