Apple - 13-inch iPad Air M2 chip Built for Apple Intelligence Wi-Fi 128GB - Blue

I am deeply dissatisfied with the product I purchased. I bought two units for my older kids, and I have faced nothing but issues since the beginning. The initial setup to create a child's account was a nightmare, as the devices would constantly freeze and restart, ultimately accomplishing nothing. Additionally, both screens have unresponsive areas, making them practically unusable. I am extremely disappointed with the quality of these products and feel like I have received defective items. I want to request a return or an exchange as soon as possible. But since these were gifts purchased months in advance, unfortunately I'm unable to. So upset.

My review is neither good nor bad. I was sent the 9" screen size and not the 11" screen size that I ordered or that was described. Also, the back of the 9" iPad is plain, flat silver surface and not purple as described. I started a return for a full refund plus tax. Do not trust them to send you the right product/item.

I really liked the Apple iPad. I wasn't really using it so it was kind of expensive so I returned it and maybe wait for a while to get our more less expensive Apple iPad which I only like to use really for movies but other than that, I believe it was really good. Never actually received the item. Fed Ex placed it right in the middle of my porch in the bright white package and took the delivered picture. Someone took it before I even knew it was delivered. Walmart says they can't do anything, contact your financer.

I have become very paperless. Everything I now read is in digital format, so I needed a tablet that is light and have a high resolution screen. The new iPad Air M2 is perfect for reading e-books, PDFs and other digital media. I wish Apple would improve the iBook app to have better selection and ability to mark up on the Book pages.
